Was not impressed at all. After setting up information on the web with them and arranging pick up I had to cancel because of weather. At that time they said I needed to put in my information and I told them I had already did that!! After checking they confirmed yes I had so we set the date and time to pick up the vehicle. It was supposed to be between 8-12, I told her that we lived out of town and needed 45 minutes to get to my daughter s house for pick up and she told me the tow truck driver will call me 1 hour prior to pick up. At 11 the day of pick up we hadn't heard anything so we headed to town and called dispatch and she said she'll call the driver and have him contact me. After a no show by noon I called again and was told the same thing. After waiting for another hour we went to get some lunch. While away my daughter called us and said the driver was at the house ( we never got a phone call) after we got there her looked over the title, hooked into the vehicle and left. After a week went by I was contacted and said the title signature was wrong ( even though we signed it exactly like I was told) a had to sign a paper of corrections. My daughter printed the paper and set it to the address that was given. A week later I was contacted again and said they needed the paper so my daughter did it again and sent it to them a second time. Hopefully this headache is over!!!
