Experience with Marco was very good and I would give him a five star for sure. As far as the pick up of a vehicle, I would give them a one star as I was told I would get a driver over there within an hour so I waited so I could give him the title and the check and get the check and I had to call back over there twice Got a hold of someone else who told me it may be tomorrow which would’ve been unacceptable. I would’ve had to pay another. Day of storage and after waiting over two hours, finally the driver showed up I will give the driver also a five star As he was apologetic And very efficient

Harish was very helpful. He took me through the process and was pleasant to talk to. They picked up the vehicle and gave me a check with the agreed upon amount. The check cleared the next day with no hassle.

The entire process was very easy and fast. I went on line and put in my car’s info. I received a very good offer (compared to what others were going to give me). I called to set up the transaction and they would have come the same day to take it away. They came the next day at my request. I deposited the check (approx $2,000) and it cleared in one day. Everyone was nice and knowledgeable.
