Mr Fred and his staff are “on point”! They service my car in a timely manner and keeps me up to date on the progress during the day. If they have questions or to give me advice or details on the condition of my car, they always call before they do service. Their prices are good for what they do. I found this station online a few years ago and they had 5 stars so I went to them about 3 years ago. Had my daughters smart fortwo towed to Hunts Point Auto when her starter failed. Freddie was very transparent, quick to return calls, quick to service the vehicle and get it right the first time. The staff are friendly and professional. They are a multi service provider which is a plus. They are flexible and will work with you. A bit pricey but who isn't.You get what you pay for. If you want quality service, just as you would get at the dealer, but for A LOT LESS, this is the place. Detail oriented. Payment plans available. Your vehicle will feel different after a work-up. Very friendly and professional service. I made a mistake of going to my neighborhood mechanic at Jerome, which they made matters worst in order to get your money. They are friendly but they are very pricey. They tell you to bring the car in as early as possible to keep it there 2-3 days. Then they’ll hit you with a high bill for the job. I took two vehicles there and both times I had to return the vehicles because the job wasn’t done right. There location is inconvenient to came to as well. There a kind of place that would nickel and dime you for everything. Go with caution
