This place is beyond the most unprofessional and unpleasant place to do business with. I've never seen people so incompetent of a simple job! Arrived 8/14/24 at 10:30 to get 2 simple easy parts and was told it would be 2 hours before a fender and throttle body was removed!!! I could've removed them both in like 15 minutes. So left to get a bite to eat and came back to see there parts guys all leaving for lunch.... So went inside and literally we were told we would have to wait and additional hour or two because the guys went to lunch!!! Then arrived 8/15/24 at 8:15am and the workers are all outside because no one was there to unlock and open the place!! Not only is the staff in the office incompetent but their rude for no reason you guys aren't anything special 😂

Purchased I beams for our ranch. They were very nice and fair. He loaded them for us.

I took a vintage 1933 hay bailer and various other peases of steal and the bailer alone says it weighed about three thousand pounds and when I left I got 127$ so they said it weighed under 2 thousand pounds so they eighther plain out lied or the new girl at desk needs togo back to 3rd grade and relearn math simple subtraction and if and says I néed to learn to write again I'm talk texting so take it up with my phone

Because my dad is there. He's been running his own business longer than I've been alive. He's always told me son if you do people rite and be straight up and honest they will come back Plus they will l their friends and family. I just wish I could be more like him. He's a hell of a man and the best father any kid would love to have. Thanks for raising me and my kids dad. I love you!!!

Every single employee at number to number was extremely knowledgeable, and yes it is an older company but I have gotten more information from them (bumber to bumper), then I have with all of the other auto part stores (Autozone, Oriellys, etc...all put together! I absolely love everytime I go in there because, I know I'll be greeted with extremely nice hospitality. Excellent place, may not have everything in the store but it's a local community building that has been around since the early 80's, do give them a try you won't be disappointed!

This auto is a scam. I ordered my abs back in march of this year. Never received my ordered. Ever time I call, the person that answered the phone alway give excused that they going to refund me. I have the phone call record and invoice. This company is a scam. I paid that through cash app because they were convincing that they going to shipped my abs module for 2007 camry hybrid. $267. I'm don't know how I'm going to get my refund. I guest I'm going to post everyday.

Paid a little over 1,600 for motor supposedly had 122,000 miles with 30 day warranty. my car was in shop over 30 days so warranty no good drove for about a month not even everyday and motor went out and they don't care at all.

this guy is scamming fellers . his prices are outrageous . please price match with other scrap yards don't waste your money . this guy's prices are sky high higher than LKQ drive to tulsa or somewhere else what ever this guy is charging you can find it for half that price or less across town .

It took them a month to drop off the trash can. At that time they said they would come up the driveway to pick up the trash since my grandmother is disabled. It's been 3 weeks and no one has picked up her trash. I've called and spoke with someone numerous times, nothing has changed. I will be canceling my grandmother's trash service with them. Not sure how they stay in business with such terrible customer service.

I had an issue with a person that was renting a shop from Tammy's mother and when I went to speak with her she was very polite and helpful. Honestly I never knew that a scrap yard was even there so next time I have any scrap metal I'll take it to Briscoe's
