I was a long time advance customer I was very loyal to advance spent a lot of money with them I was given promotion from a local shop owner to perches a part under their commercial account and the next day I received a very rude and unprofessional phone call from the cpp at the store I was disrespected cussed out and ultimately told that it was in my best interest to not come back on the property I reached out to their headquarters and was told that I was liar they have refused to honer any of my warranty's that were supposed to be life time so I shop O'Reilly's now and they know how to treat a customer and they have better prices as well

The clerk was rude. Refused to provide a receipt. When I said I needed a receipt, he said, “we don’t do that@ and shoved my package back at me.

Called ahead and was very specific about what part I needed. Was told they had it on hand. Drove an hour down the mountain and back for no reason.

Worst service,would not replace a battery,would not let 10 year old grandson us their restroom,had to call O'REILLY down the street.Never go to advance again. Told me shut my van off would jump it back,then after I shut it off said jump box not working ,I ask the manager what I was going to do ,he said it wasn't his problem then laughed.

Wouldn’t help me put on the wipers I had just purchased from there due to the weather. Completely understandable, except it wasn’t raining and my wipers broke on the way to sylva. So I tried putting them on myself.. Couldn’t do it so I drove up the road and purchased from autozone who were more than helpful. I also returned the wipers to this establishment.

When u buy a part and go back 2 weeks later to pick a extra piece of the same part they still haven't restocked the item???? But we can order u 1 and it may b here tomorrow ???? No thankz 👎

The staff is always helpful and attentive. They never treat me like a dumb female and answer any and all of my questions. The manager, Michael, is always available for information with customers and employees. It's a pleasure shopping there for friendly service and a positive working atmosphere.

I went here on a cold ugly day to get a battery and wipers the young man at the counter took really good care of me. He not only got my parts but he installed it all as well. Thanks Advance for providing such caring, helpful associates, it was very cold and he did all of that for me with a smile. It's not often you can get help like that. All thumbs up for you!!!!

Colton was the guy that helped me out here. He was awesome. Came here with a dead battery and he came out and tested it for me and of course it was dead. Colton took the time out out of his day to replace the battery for me even though he wasn’t really supposed to. More places need employees with customer service skills as great as Colton’s.
