When my trash day fell on a holiday I wouldn't get a call or service that week. I would have to text to see when someone was coming. Then he would just say Thursday was a holiday. I'd have to tell him I still needed service that week. This Thanksgiving I once again had to text to see when I would get service because no call no show. He then informs me that suddenly, after years of using the service, that there is a 5 bag limit and I would need to pay more to get service 2x/week. I just decided to go with someone else whom my mom uses without these issues. Josh never came by to finish Nov service. I paid for Nov and my last day of service was Nov 18. He promised someone would be here Thursday to finish Nov. No call, no show, won't respond to texts. We've been using him since he started and even made a sizeable contribution to his GoFundMe account to get his vehicle running so he could keep the business going. Highly unprofessional and ungrateful.

We've used J&P Trash removal for a couple months now and are super happy with the service! We get our trash and recycling picked up once a week for a low rate and the owner is always friendly and quick to respond. Easy to pay as well!
