Used this service at my hospitality business for more than a year. One day one of their drivers was distracted talking into an earpiece and ended up driving off into my yard, where he sank a tire into an old septic tank. While waiting for a tow truck, the driver made advances toward the women in our RV park, including getting the name of one young lady so he could Facebook stalk her. Republic not only refused to pay for the damages to our yard, but they broke our contract by cancelling the service with no notice and pulled the dumpster from my business. Would never use their services again, and I definitely recommend avoiding them for commerical business dumpsters.

This company was purchased or changed from Santek. We have loved santek forever! Always reliable and never behind. This company sent a letter stating nothing would change: they did not pick up both cans like Santek, I called six days in a row asking for a call back for a pick up, never came or called back. Finally received a call back from a gentleman who stated we can’t have multiple cans like with Santek, so I asked to cancel services. He hung up on me. Called and was transferred to a voicemail asking for a call back to success cancellation schedule, no call back received. I will be going with a local, veteran owned company in our area.Update: Mercedes from the business office called me back today. Resolution: providing an additional can, at no cost to us, and will pick up both with no increase in price. First and foremost, she is the only person who has followed through on the contact and we will give you all another try!Service: Junk removal

parasitic company offering nothing to the world. stayed at a friend's house after working a 70 hour week, they towed my car w my card in it and when I called about getting it they initially said it would be 160 dollars- after explaining that I had to get my card out of the car first and would be back with the money after 5 they said it would be 170. Owners should have to work real jobs instead of stealing cars for a living

Just watched the driver tip over a dumpster, spill all the trash, then make out off the property like a bandit... I'm just a resident of the apartment complex but that's just ignorant.
