Bought a transmission 2 weeks ago, on 1.28.21. Got it to the mechanic and discovered the case was broken and it was covered by a bracket. I called to ask them about exchanging it since their receipt states a 30 day warranty on transmissions. They repeatedly yelled that they don’t exchange broken parts and it was our responsibility to check it before we left. I informed them the transmission was clearly broken when it was pulled or wrecked and the pictures showed that but it wasn’t visible until it was being prepared to install. He just kept repeating what he originally said. It seems they were aware it was broken and intentionally sold it that way. Be careful, especially when spending near $1,000.00. They are quite the scammers.

Drove 3 hours to buy a transmission for an 04 Honda Accord. The price was $900 with my old transmission. Got it home and ready for install and the transmission was busted. Locked up like a vault. I called back to see if I could get an exchange (not a refund) and in turn I got screamed (literally) at repeatedly that all sells are final. Then it dawned on me that they had my old transmission. I had my friend call and ask for the same transmission. They said they had one. For grins and giggles we go to pick it up and what ya know, its my old transmission! The case hadn't been touched! The bolts all were in tact like from the factory! These crooks are selling people broken cores and then refusing to trade or refund!!! Beware of this place! They are for real thieving crooks!!!!

only reason im leaving a 3 star is because they refunded for transmission. went through 2 transmissions that didnt work- then just bought one from lkq with warranty for materials and labor. beware they do not test the transmissions thoroughly..

Quoted a price over the phone for two doors. Wouldn’t take a credit card. You have to show up with cash. I drove an hour and a half then they said they couldn’t sell them for the price they quoted.

Ignores you on the phone, I tried calling 4 times and each time they would answer, and immediately start speaking in another language then hangs up. I went last year to get a door (2 hour drive) only to be told that the door got smashed with the forklift “accidentally”. TERRIBLE PLACE! DO NOT BUY HERE!

Tried to contact them and they ignore me on the phone. Twice and I never even got to tell them what I was calling for. They don't want the business, they obviously don't need it. Good luck to whoever tries to gets parts.

They allow u to look at the parts you want, pay for it first and then send someone out to take it off - sounds good right. Until what you see isn't what you get. When knowingly selling me damaged parts, that had been patched up to appear as if there were no damage and yet still trying to squeeze every penny out of me with no desire to negotiate - I will certainly have a different spirit going in if I'm ever stuck doing business again.

This place is the biggest scam you will ever go to. They wouldn't take card. Waited over an hour and half for a simple door then I just left. While waiting in the disgusting office all I could hear is the guy behind yelling on the phone being short with everyone who called. Another person came in for a door latch and he was going to charge him 75$! DO NOT COME HERE!!! I wouldn't come here again if they were the only place in the world with the part I need.

Mo is typically the person who answers the phone. He sold me a bad alternator and when I learned it didn’t work, he would not give me my money back for the faulty part. To make matters worse, he is incredibly rude and has no phone etiquette. Just call and you will see for yourself. Your better off ordering online.
