Very first time using Mid-Tenn and my last. Thought they would be convenient since they are only one open in Saturday. As a business owner with a license I can appreciate getting people in and out quickly. I mentioned the fact that I was licensed to gentleman at the entrance. He advised let the next person know. The gentleman weighing my copper. Mr Greg Vaughn as he entered my scrap into the system. He advised me to tell the woman at the check out window. I did just that and she print me a invoice proceeded to tell me that I should've mentioned this to Mr.Vaughn ahead of time.... Needless to say I was told that I didn't bring it up to the right people and at this point I was told I would have to wait the 5 days since Noone heard me bring up the fact that I am licensed and trying to avoid the 5 day wait.

Never a problem after scrapping here for 14 years. If you follow procedure and have a valid ID then never a worry. This is a family owned business and they have to follow the laws as they are written and they do! Don't try to scam and you will have a pleasant experience.
