Have been using this location for years. But recently in the last few months it’s went way downhill. The staff is usually in a bad mood, and it affects their business. But more importantly, I’m told every time I come by there that they are really closed, but will take me anyway, which causes a “hurry up I don’t have all day” situation. Your website says open, and if I call the other location near Fairfield, they are always friendly and say that Cayce is open and ready to help me. Wish this location were that nice. I’ve also encountered several situations when they are busy where I have more than one staff member trying to direct me, and they are all directing me in a different area to park. They have no clue what’s going on and it causes more confusion. Going to have to start trying other scrap yards for awhile unfortunately.

They seem to never answer their phones and it's at the most a 50/50 chance that they are open if you show up. Really a waste of time and gas.

A few months ago I call and got a price for scrap . When I got there the price was $2.00 less . I thought maybe the price dropped and it was an honest move by the company . Today I call and get a price and 3 hours later when I get the the price is $3.00 less than I was told . So it seems that they tell you they are paying the best price in town until you get unloaded then find out they are the lowest paying place in town. By the time you find out its too late . So it just cost me $126 to find out that this is the scam they're running to get you in the gate . I would rather go elsewhere for less money than be conned by these people. It won't happen again.

Well it's not a good start when you have to go through the house and Senate just to get pricing which i been trying to get for 2 days i suggest posting a price list if you can't pay someone to answer the phone

Britney, you are so correct. This company does not care about the employees. I experienced this personally and wish that all the employees that they have mistreated would come forward. Its called title 7 a hostile work environment and is against the law. The owners scream and belittle the workers. I am lucky because I have text messages that prove how they act towards us. Now they better get on POINT.....

Best Prices around, they will get you in and out and they have a Great staff to help the customers! Highly Recommend! Would give 10 starts if i could!!!
