The level of communication is atrocious. Took a car in to get the transmission looked at. They held it on site and said theyd call soon to let us know. It took them 4 days to get me the price of the part alone. In that time they tacked on a storage fee resulting it us having to just buy a new car. It was cheaper to go get another than to fix the transmission and cover all their fees. Was forced to sell the car to them for a good bit and only got $150 after the holding fee and for "looking" at it.I originally rated it 2 stars to be decent, but. After finishing my review and feeling the memories.. 1 star.If you go with these guys. Stay on them and do NOT trust.

Junk service. Junk management. Joke of an auto shop. Take your auto anywhere but B&M. I have always been told they were crooked, unprofessional with the customer service skills of a feral raccoon. I should have listened. I hope you do now. Stay away, much better options in town or short drive to another town.
