The guy who was doing test drive red skin tall old guy was bad attitude not even respected to the woman who didn't understand the language really bad experience i don't understand who put him to work there he hate other people like I don't recommend this place anyone who is not from their people or same skin reaces guy make really sad I wish I shouldn't serve for this country and put my family and myself and dangerous to help USA military

The owner is very rude and seems to lack the basic customer service skills expected of someone in the car industry the employees do amazing work especially the mechanic and body shops their cars are mechanically sound and it was a very good value especially considering they are mostly rebuilds I bought my own car here which is a rebuild and it is treating me amazingly I have had to do some maintenance since purchasing it but that's to be expected with a 15 year old car with a hundred thousand miles as I said great value their parts also very good value but the owners attitude tends to get in the way make sure you have someone with you who knows about cars in order to make sure that you're getting something properly redone and run the VIN as well as checking the value of similar models with Google I would purchase another vehicle from Bel Air I just feel the owner needs to catch up with the time and realize customers treated properly will pay his bills better than dumpsters full of scrap because there is potential for his business to not only survive but to thrive especially in the neighborhood is in because he could become a great asset to that area if he were to hire someone to deal with the customers for him because he's not the right person to be the front of the business... Update now today he has me pick up a car from Oregon Ohio and drive it to Cleveland Ohio and during the trip to car breaks down three different times The first time I tell him it breaks down it ended up only needing to cool off and it restarted 30 miles later the same thing happened I found out that there was a break in the air intake between the EGR and the throttle body So I tape it up start driving again and 30 minutes from Cleveland the car blows a tire stalls and is unable to restart I call him and third time actually probably closer to a 30th time and he told me it's b******* treats me like I'm at fault for him buying a cheap auction car and expecting it to drive 100 miles without being completely checked out and then hangs up on me straining me an hour and 45 minutes from my house 30 minutes from my car which is currently broken down because I don't have time to fix it because I work everyday and I'm sure he's going to act like I abandoned it and told him to the back and probably charge me storage fees
