These guys are completely incompetent, and what’s worse is they don’t have the integrity to stand up and correct their mistakes. They will ship out damaged parts, or in this last instance, completely the wrong part from what was advertised, and not do anything to remedy the problem. Stay away.

I have ordered door actuators for my BMW specifically asking for a coupe. They have shipped me the parts for a 4 door version which does not fit. When I called them back, they told me they shipped the right part and I was offered no compensation. Also the brake booster was faulty which I only got to realize after the installation. Don't waste your time or money getting parts from here. There is plenty of online stores who sell OEM for a reasonable price.

Worst place ever. I called 3 days in a row. I was looking for an oil line bolt used on all 80-89 BMW. I last spoke to a Jim. No one ever called back . On Monday Apr 27/20 I left a message to please call on Tuesday as BMW(Kelowna) needed a month to get it. Nobody cared to call back ever.. I went on line. I also bought hood emblems and other items. I wanted to buy in B.C. Good luck with these jokers. I like nothing about this place. I wish I could give a negative score. Absolutely appalling service. Thx: John Cibinel(West Kelowna).

I had the opportunity to buy some parts for my e36 M3. I was given a quote for the parts they told me that shipping would be included at that price. When it came time to ship the parts, they realized their shipper gave them the wrong quote and it was going to be more money then what they had been quoted the first time. Even with that, they stood behind their quote to me. I will be back again.

Everytime I call I am treated so well and feel like all my questions are answered. I have used them a few times, and every time gets better. Last experience was today I needed a new regulator for my 95 320i bmw and its being delivered to my mechanic the next morning at a much lower cost then my mechanic was able to get. These guys know what they are doing and are not out to screw you

I ordered a part and when it arrived it was the wrong part. I called them back and he said he would express ship me the right one. A couple days went by without the part arriving, I called them several times over next couple days and my call went directly to voice mail. I asked someone else to call and they got through first try. Dave at Bimmer part's said that they were shipping out that day. Several days have gone by without the part arriving. I have tried to call them back several times and no answer.I have dealt with this company before without any issues. Next time I need a part I won't be calling them.

Great service. I showed up looking for several parts for my old E30 and we walked around the entire lot together searching for the parts. Forget eBay -- this is the place to check first.

If you're a BMW owner, you need to know about Bimmer parts. Great guys and a huge selection of cars. Parts are way cheaper than from the dealerships.
