Roy was recommended by my carpet cleaner. When I called he answered the phone personally. I explained what I needed, he emailed his rates and I scheduled a pick-up a couple days later. He and his team arrived on time, loaded the truck and trailer and were gone in 1/2 an hour. Roy and Cowichan Hauling were wonderful. Having to move during social distancing measures, they were professional, safe with their employees, and us. We appreciate them coming out, in all weather, during stressful times and doing a fantastic job. Excellent service, very fair pricing, and great guys! I needed a king bed and sectional couch dismantled and removed among the barking of small dogs, and 30 degree heat. Roy and his partner were fast, friendly, and even agreed to give treats to the dogs to help with their "stranger danger" fears. I would highly recommend and will use again, thank you!!

Excellent value for the service offered! I had slowly compiled a modest(pretty large) pile of "junk" needing to be removed from my house, and had it all in my driveway.This included a whole bunch of different items, from returnable bottles, metal, garbage, pieces of siding, to an old couch, and a worn out lawn mower, etc.Roy came by when he said he would, and took everything away for a very reasonable fee.I would recommend him to anyone who needs to thin out on anything they have at home taking up space. Plus, he's a local guy helping out our community we live in!Thank you!Neil

Roy has done terrific work for the City of Duncan, where he is highly regarded. He has also done personal hauling for me. Arrived the same day and took away a truck load of old rotten lumber that was crawling with black widow spiders. Thank God for Roy!
