Discussion revealed that the rear bin doors would open to minimize heaving large objects over the sides of the binO. Adjustments to delivery and pickup date were gladly accommodated if schedule was possible, and it wasO. Discussion revealed that sorting and bagging of recyclables and garbage was not necessary and ultimately saved my crew a lot of time and effortThe dumping project finished according to plan and the fully loaded bin was removed.The driver who both picked up and dropped off had a really good and helpful personality. He genuinely cared to make it a successful project for me.When the final charges were tallied, the owners doubled-checked the charges on my behave to ensure that I was charged appropriately at the transfer station. They were actually looking out for my best interest, therefore, this was much appreciated.This was a good experience. I would recommend the owners running the company and I would rent from them again if needed.My advice to those needing a disposal bin is to load the bin intelligently: largest items in first, fit the items as best as you can without wasting air pockets. I found bin there dump that on the internet when looking for a large dumpster/bin for a large spring cleaning. I had called another place and they hadn’t gotten back to me so I reached out to these guys. I am very glad I did.I arranged to have the bin dropped off on a Monday morning and to be picked up the following week. The bin arrived promptly on Monday morning and the driver was super courteous and friendly. He placed the bin exactly where I wanted and gave me a rundown of Do’s and don'ts and also confirmed the pick up time and let me know if a needed extra time to just give a call and they would organize a different pickup date if required. As it turns out I did need a couple extra days and left a message about this. My call was promptly returned and a new pick up date was confirmed. The bin was picked up and removed promptly on the new pick up day. Upon pickup I was immediately emailed a detailed invoice and offered several different payment options. I chose to charge my credit card and requested a copy of the credit card receipt. I received an email with my receipt immediately and was asked how the service was and if there was anything they could do to improve. I have several businesses and deal with many different suppliers and it was nice to see as a new customer with no history with the company I was treated like I had been a loyal patron for 10 years. From start to finish this company treats you very well and has a streamlined efficient service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for this service and I will definitely be a return customer. I can't say enough great things about BTDT. I was so impressed with the whole team - very friendly, professional and accommodating! We covered our bin with a tarp to protect it from rain/snow and we weren't around during the pickup but the driver folding up our tarp neatly and tucked it away out of the rain - above and beyond!! We used Bin There Dump That recently to assist with our renovations/demolition of our main floor townhome. The service was quick to setup and flexible to our needs. The bin showed up on time and the driver took the time and care to adjust the bin into our tight driveway.
