Super service. Super polite(have to say that in 2021 because it is not common anymore) and they come through everytime. Even arranging courier service to my remote location. 4 stars only because you have to keep trying but Grant and Bill and Blacky's are top dog in my opinion.

Made the trip up from Victoria to pick up some parts for my Pontiac. All of the parts I received fit and were correct except for a cylinder that opens and closes the hood. When I went to put it on I realized it wasn't the right one I know it can change from model to model and I didn't have the one in hand that I needed when I asked. Overall I picked up six parts for less than $200 even with the one that didn't work I still saved myself 150 to $300 depending on shipping and where you buy them from

They have a solid selection of vehicles, but the service is pretty bad. Guy didn’t even look up from his computer and was kinda rude. Asked for a common part for a vehicle (drivers seat) and was told they didn’t have any. I asked if they had a few of the same model on the lot and was told yes. Asked if I could take a look just to double check and was curtly told no and that he couldn’t do anything for me. Guess they didn’t want the sale...really hope I caught them on a bad day as the experience I had was surprising considering the other reviews

Although the gentleman I talk to at blackie's could not find the parts I was looking for. He was helpful .His demeanor was knowledgeable and friendly couldn't ask for anything more we'll be dealing in the in the future with him.

The customer service was amazing. I got what I asked for with the best price ever. I was bowled over by the speedy friendly service and the shoo is clean and inviting even for a woman. I will definately go get my tires there every time if I can
