Very Professional Company!AAA sent them to tow my car that was involved in a accident. AAA told us that it would be at least 1 1/2 hours before a tow would arrive. Carey's was there in less than 45 minutes, very friendly driver and had the vehicle out of a bad place and on the truck within minutes. Our insurance carrier wanted the car towed to a particular body shop which refused the car from Carey's. Not a problem the driver called us about the issue with the body shop and without complaining towed it to a different shop for us.Service: Car towing

New alternator, towing and couple smaller things = 2.160$, not bad overall...

Says 24/7 had to wait 2 days to get my car back they charged me for both days. It took 6 hours and 15 phone calls to get an answer from anyone, they only take cash and made me drive to 4 different places to get my car. Worst service I’ve experienced in my life no way to run a business Severally unprofessional. Your voicemail should never be full. Highway robbery!!!!! Customers beware run in the opposite direction. Update this is a few weeks later had to take my car to the shop only for realize I’ve had damage to my car caused by towing. *THEY WILL STEAL YOUR VEHICLE* Very unprofessional. I called them to tow my sons car and when he showed up an hour later than he was supposed to. He was really sleepy and i had made a mistake on my AAA app and requested just a jump so the associate that showed up told me I had to do another request and ask for a tow instead. I said ok and as I began to do thar the asscociate asked me nicely if i could please wait till lunch time the next day to request the tow because he was really tired, he had a long day and he assured me it would be fine, my car would be fine there over night. So i said ok i can do that for you. Next day I wake up to my sons car gone towed by another company! I call careys towing and the guys attitude had changed he was very unreasonable. I told him what happened and that other company was going to charge me $300, I asked him to call other company amd try to work something out Maybe cut the fee in half, pulls some strings or something! He said he didnt know the other company which I find hard to believe, not to many tow company's in that area. I asked him to please try and find a loop hole or something just to please call and talk to them and maybe theyll help us out. But he said theres nothing he can do and he was busyat work and he couldnt help me and he and hung up on me! Because of how his tone change from last night to today. I feel like he set us up.They are crooked, they tricked me into believing my car would be ok. This is insane. Never again will I use this company.

Didn't use them. Couldn't afford the $250 after hour / holiday rate.

I took my horse trailer in to get bearings greased and a few lights fixed and spent 200 before making a long hau. after making that Haul 2 months later I take another trip and my tire flew off, found out bearing locked up because they were all dry as a bone.So now I have to buy a whole new tire drum spindle and braking system on trailer.Not happy..

This place is the worst towing company around. I wouldn’t even give it one star. They are the most hateful non-professional ignorant people I’ve ever met. They have hung up on me three times. Would not let me get a car out that I had proof was mine and I had payment. I would not Recommend them to my worst enemy. I don’t even know how they’re still in business. I honestly don’t know how Marvin still has a job there.
