Do not use cash for cars!!! They first sent me through having to call at least 3 numbers for the chain to get a tow truck driver. The driver left a bill of sale and did not take the title. Cash for cars now says I have to go to DMV and junk the title. I spoke to a couple people and they had said they were supposed to do that process. I wouldn't have went through them if I had known. So DO NOT use them. You will get screwed.

My experience has been very positive. I began the inquiry to have my car purchased on Monday morning and by Tuesday afternoon the car was picked up and the money from the sale in my hand. I spoke with a few different employees during the process and each was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I was even notified when there was a slight delay in the time set to pick up the vehicle. The entire process was smooth and for that I am grateful.
