The owner was very polite and courteous and FRIENDLY, which is what we needed at the time of scrapping our car of 16 years... He got to us within an hour (we are 30 minutes away from his shop). All the time from original call, he updated progress of the meeting trough text. He paid more than I expected in cash as per first quote on phone. He is on cell phone as per reviews and working by himself (driving and operating tow truck) - no secretary, so have a bit of patience on phone if you want more $. We had excellent experience (as much as scrapping car can be, I guess). Thank you!

Steer clear. Offered me a laughable amount for my car and then gave me attitude when I countered with a totally reasonable/typical amount. Dude assumed (wrongly) I knew nothing about cars or scrap value, he was just looking to take advantage telling me BS left and right.Next guy I called offered me twice as much as this clown, and paid in full with no hassle.Go to anyone else besides this guy, he's full of it and just looking to rip you off.
