I needed help getting rid of my father's car. I searched on the internet and took a chance. Thankful that they picked right up. Mike was quickly responsive and said he only needed a short window of a heads up to come and get my car. I was trying to dispose of my car through Carvana but they gave me such a difficult time that with the delay, my fathers car was towed. So I gave Mike a call like I said, he responded quickly and always picked up the phone each time I called. He gave me more than Carvana would have given me as I just wanted to get rid of it at that point..., their timely response made everything worthwhile!
