I just showed up looking for a wheel, (my rim was cracked) and they helped me tremendously. They didn't have the part; however, they took the time to write down options of other places that might. Then he went over how to make sure that I got the right one. (How to Measure) I tried to give him a tip and he refused it. I asked him why, and he replied "cause I couldn't help you." Well, he DID help me cause 3 hours later ($50 instead of $350) I had the correct part mounted on my tire! What did he earn you ask?? .. my future business!!! Highly recommend!
