One of the most disorganized places I ever dealt with. The girl at the front counter is always half asleep so when she says they call you back if they have the part , it never happens Jack the owner is most arrogant person out there. Will definitely never buy anything from them again.

I purchased an engine for my Mazda 3 on 4/2/2024 it was supposed to be a grade A meaning works great and has less than a hundred thousand miles, the engine I ended up with won't rotate more than 90 degrees and the coil boot are covered in oil and coolant, spark plus were also very worn and not original. And engine with less than 90.000 miles shouldn't look like that. With that being said and this comment is an update may 2024, the engine is fine after all and my problem was a bent flywheel that came with engine preventing it from rotating.

Live in Gray which is about 45 min from where they are located. Called Thursday afternoon around 3 to see if they had 2 parts i needed for a vehicle i was fixing, front fender and hood. Was told by a woman who answered the phone they had 2 vehicles that had both parts on it. I got up early and drove the 45min got there at 9am. Was told by the guy in thr office that they had crushed the cars and no longer had any parts. The man was very rude and suggested we go to RandR in Warner Robins. We went there and found both parts great customer service and even matching color on the parts. Only good thing about Emmett Head was them recommending someone else.
