I was traveling in the area when I damaged a wheel on my car. They had the part on their website but they were closed for the weekend. Early Monday morning they informed me that they did not have the part. I explained that I was disappointed because I needed to get home and I could have been looking for other sources. They asked me "how long I have run a business" and hun up on me. Very rude! I gave them a week to respond to my email before posting this review to give them the benefit of it just being a bad morning but nothing...

It's a really great bunch guys/brothers that really know what they are doing!! This is a family owned business that their father started many decades ago, n that's why they have the experience, n connections to get you the exact part you need. Even if they don't have what your looking for they can almost always find it for you.

Had the opportunity to work with Bill and he is very professional and he made everything work out. My parts were ordered, arrived next day and were delivered at a reasonable price!! Glad I received the Outstanding customer service they provide!!!Highly recommended!!!

Hank saved me $1,800 - no joke. After my odometer light went out, and we realized it was an issue with the instrument cluster, I was told by the dealership that the entire cluster would need to be replaced - total price, $1,800 for part + labor, plus another $225 for a car rental because I'd be without my car for 7 days, minimum.Luckily, my mechanic mentioned Hank Flowers - telling me he worked on clusters and to see if he could work on my Kia. I took it to Hank, and within 2 days, it was fixed - he was was able to simply replace a piece of the cluster that had gone bad, versus the whole thing - all for the price of $240!!!Hank was SUPERB and his shop is clean, easy to find, and the customer service was a cherry on top of a supremely affordable cake.Thank you SO MUCH!

My mother needed to have almost all of the gauges on her Chevy Silverado instrument cluster repaired. A family member recommended Flower's, so we sent them the cluster. They had it repaired and shipped back to her within 36 hours. At about a fifth of the price of a new one, a great deal. These guys are the best!

Incredibly Good Experience. Wrecked on the highway passing through town, and these guys were super helpful. Owners worked with me to drop off my vehicle after-hours and secure it while waiting to be picked up, making sure that I got paid before I left. To top it all off, not only were they very friendly and helpful, they payed twice what the competition was offering.
