I’d like to start by saying I have NEVER left a review on a company/business, EVER. I had this service for 3 months exactly and had my trash picked up ONE time, they had the wrong email so I didn’t receive a bill and was not willing to work with me on this issue, very unprofessional at the desk and zero interest in negotiation with me after their incompetence led to my back room being stacked to the ceiling with trash bags. I do not recommend this company to anyone! All of my friends and family that use them are currently in the process of canceling them due to similar issues. We have used this company for years and have enjoyed punctual service and polite staff. Recently the weather has been rough and communication regarding trash pickup and delays has been consistent and apologetic about any delays. I highly recommend! Services: Yard debris removal, Junk removal

Have had service a couple of months. They have skipped us twice and did not pick up today even though other trash companies picked up. They are stating unable to get down street but again other trash companies have made it. They also say they will not credit our account. They should have made 2 attempts for trash and recycle. Poor service

Absolutely horrible service. Wish this wasn’t our only option, but unfortunately they have us handcuffed! No trash service for 2 weeks and they refuse to give us a credit. Essentially we’re paying someone’s salary for them NOT to do their job!!!

Just wanted to take a minute to let our trash guy know he is simply amazing!! I didn’t realize my children put extra trash out there last night. Their website advertises weekly yard waste pickup, except December, January and February, which makes sense. However their clerks are only saying once a month on yard waste pick up. False advertising! Utter B.S.

The trash pickup guy destroyed my can and when I called they said they aren't responsible for personal cans. According to these other reviews I'm not the only one who has had this happen to them. There's a reason why your rating is only a 3.4

I dont understand why I'm being fuel charge again just because the prices are up high im living literally pay check to pay check barely have a enough money its ridiculous that I'm being fuel charge twice

Rating would easily be 5 stars for the price and service. HOWEVER, the customer service reps that I have talked to always seem inconvenienced when they answer the phone or have to look something up and are generally rude. Customer service is key to any business and I really hope the people working in the offices get some kind of training.

I have the YEARLY yard waste service with Grace per the agreement/contract with them for which I pay quarterly and have been paying for the past 2 yrs. Last quarter Grace sends an email for you to call if you want yard waste picked up for the months of Dec-Feb. Why? If you expect me to hold my end of the deal, why doesn't Grace do the same? Yard waste was not picked up for those months, I didn't call them because as per our agreement you are to pick up my yard waste every week regardless of me calling or not because that's why I am paying for, a YEARLY service!! Needless to say, I called Grace, they offered the option for the Mar-Nov (which was not offered/discussed before) and I am told it's $6 dls more and I am expected to pay in full for the last quarter even though services were not rendered. I don't think so! Calling the BBB for your breach of contract!Service: Yard debris removal
