First time here and it was honestly confusing. Staff outside was helpful at first and told me what to do (scale first, drop off, then scale again). But when I came back to weigh out, I was waiting on the inside entrance and a big truck came in from the roadside entrance and cut in front of me. When I brought it up, the guy (said his name was Jason) pretty much didn’t care and brushed it off. Someone else explained it better, but there really needs to be clearer signs or a line system for the scale. I ended up leaving without even getting paid because it was too frustrating.<br><br>Edit: thanks for the reply. Just to be clear, this wasn’t about my “mood” or waiting a couple of minutes. It was about the lack of a clear line/system for the scale.. something I genuinely thought you’d value as customer feedback. I didn’t come in the office to argue, I was simply looking for support and an explanation after being cut off.<br><br>But saying “whoever gets on the scale first from either side” isn’t really an explanation or a good system; it’s exactly what creates confusion for first-time customers and makes it easy for people to cut in.<br><br>Also, the personal comments in your response were unnecessary. I left without getting paid because the process and communication were frustrating, not because I can’t handle a minor inconvenience.<br><br>And yes, I came back to ask for the employee’s name because reviews are meant to help others understand what to expect.. and sometimes the experience comes down to how staff handle situations, not just the business itself. Anyway, best of luck.
