called twice to see about making a appointment. both times got told to call back a couple hours later. With a unrealistic issue told as tue reason the couldn't take the call.

We dropped our car off and it was a week at there shop and still have not got it back yet . Going on day 8 at there shop and it's not fixed yet and they dont even know what to do. Car turns over but does not start immediately and now after a week they told the wife they are going to check out the starter. Will never take our vehicle here again.
