Excellent excellent excellent! He answered our call at almost midnight and met us the next day to negotiate what we could do with our car. He met us in the middle and made sure we were happy with the deal we both made and is even going to tow it for us so we don't have to drive it to another city. Will call again later on if we ever need to sell another car.

I called this company around 730PM on a Friday night needing to close the chapter on a primary vehicle ready for the junkyard. It was a difficult decision due to the difficulty of determing what was cost effective - trickle more cash to fix it or dump cash on something new to me? I decided to SCRAP IT!!! I called Junk Car Buddy and they were surprisingly responsive. The gentleman asked a few questions over the phone, gave me a dollar amount he would pay and said he could do it that evening should I accept his offer. I accepted and everything transpired as stated. He arrived when he said he would, paid what he said he would - what else could you ask for? A parting gift? - I'd rather have an honest price paid for my vehicle and that is what I got. I hope I won't need to scrap a vehicle for some time now, but when I do, I will call Junk Car Buddy.

When I spoke with Alex he assured me that he would be to my house in 10 minutes and would have a cash payment when he arrived. Alex kept his word was here in 10 minutes very professional and payment in hand, I would recommend Alex to anyone!!!! Thank you Alex for your professionalism you don't see that anymore from business owners

Very unfortunate experience with these people. Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude, was not helpful, and mocked me after offering what many in the market would consider an unfair price. Was able to sell it to their competitor for double!! what they offered me. I would never take a car to these people.. Would rather donate and get nothing after such an awful experience. DO NOT USE THEM!!
