Perfect place to get the part you need. Before you head out to this place, check online for the availability of your vehicle. Take your own tools (screw drivers, pliers, power tools). You can't do anything without your own tools. They have folks there that will help you remove the part or provide you the tools, but either they are busy or they don't have the tool you want.

I frequent places like this one. This one in particular is a very good salvage part location. Lots of vehicles for a great selection. Located on a large yard that is for the most part importantly flat land this has the most impact when hauling heavy parts and tools around.

Awesome place, very neat and organized especially for a salvage yard. The employees definitely put in some work to keep a place that big as clean as it is. It is impressive as well as the selection and prices. Beats the hell out of LKQ PYP in Fayetteville by a long shot.

I always find good quality parts at PAP East, and today I was blown away by the customer service I received from Daishaun when checking out. She asked how long I had been a VIP and when I told her 4-5 years she suggested I look in my phone messages on October 1st for the Customer Appreciation special running this month. You have a very valuable employee who understands taking care of your repeat customers right there folks!!

I have been coming to this place for years and never had any issue on finding parts for my car. However, the customer service is extremely bad. The cashiers act as if noone is smart but them. They have a camera now to take pictures of you when you pay like the dmv. And rudely told me of I didn't want the picture I could leave. Pull-A-Part need to get control of their cashiers. The rudeness is not needed. Oh, and where can I get this picture agreement? It's not posted anywhere before you enter or inside.

It was really bad experience from this place, we were rented the golf cart for $7 but the deposited $30. When we go back to check out, another friend comes over hop on the cart with out our Permission. they said we broke the rules , then they took 30$ our deposit, so Becarifu when you rent the golf cart here. I don't recommend this place to anyone It was the worst Customers service.

Need more than 2 golf carts to rent. Big yard to walk with heavy tool bag or to push a wheel barrel. Buy some carts pullupart and rent them out and quit being cheap.

Besides the cameras at Pull-A-Part entrance and exit, they also make you stand on an X and take pictures of you when you pay to enter. I was informed that the picture is an agreement to Pull a part's rules. They do not tell you what's on the screen, they just tell you to stand on the X, take your money and go to the next person. When asked for a copy of the agreement to read they pointed at a Sign that is clearly different from the agreement screen on the computer.
