If you're not open, don't say "open" on your google page. Drove 30 minutes for nothing. Not that it's a huge loss anyway, KRAP is an apt name, they're completely disorganized. LKQ or cherry picked auto parts in Toledo are miles better.

King of the Road is a huge salvage yard with tons of cars and parts. The people are friendly and the prices are fair; however you have to pick your own parts, other then that the place is definitely somewhere you would want to check. It's never crowded and the times of operation is fair too. I would call ahead of time to see if they have the car parts your looking for.

The employees are short with you, and rude. There’s a lot of vehicles on the lot, but good luck getting to them. The place is a mud pit. So if you plan to come to King of the Road Auto Parts, bring waders.If you need exterior/engine parts, and the vehicle you need them from is there, you have about a 50% chance of them actually being in usable condition.If you need interior parts, forget it. I spent over three hours on this lot one day, looking for interior parts alone. On a very common vehicle, a model that had at least 50 of. Every single one I looked at: the window was either left cracked or down, the door was left open, or the door was cracked open. So all of the leather/cloth had water damage. You opened the door and it reeked of mold.Personally, I wouldn’t waste my time with this place ever again. This is my third time coming to King of the Road, and my after my first two experiences, I keep telling myself: “maybe I just caught them on a bad day, I’ll give it another shot.”Nope. Never again. Thank you King of the Road Auto Parts and Rosemary for all of your help...actually, the lack thereof.

still closed for the coronavirus. i need car parts!!! i can’t find them no where else. honestly y’all have lost my business. don’t go here. there is no reason why y’all should still be closed. everything else has opened back up.

Great selection of vehicles, you can save a lot of money cause they will let you take the parts off yourself. Not many places will do this anymore. Prices are very good too. Ask for Billy

I don't know what all these bad reviews are for. KRAP (King Road Auto Parts) is too this day the best yard i have been too. They have all the best import cars and prices are always low and fair.Yes it is muddy and sometimes under water.

Called ahead and was assured the parts were in stock and quoted a price... Made the hour and 15 minute journey checked in at the counter was asked what I needed... price was re quoted the same was told to wait while they put an employee on the job... almost a hour later was told they didn't have one.

Horrible horrible horrible experience!!! Called them on the phone and they stated they had the correct size “STEEL” rim for my car. I get there and they had me waiting because they were all sitting behind the counter eating lunch! A guy finally asked me what I needed and after telling him he said sorry we don’t have any rim that size!! After a 35 minute drive for absolutely NO REASON!! Horrible customer service don’t go here!!!

Good place nice people took there time to look hard for a rear end for f 150 did not have one but I will definitely go back for more parts they do have a lot to select from thank you krap

I needed an engine mount that was only produced for one year, they found it, lifted the car for me and listened to any other requests I had. 5 stars for me. One of the last old fashion junkyards.
