Like most have said, they favor the regulars over you, they would come in, order their part, and get it within a reasonable time. I paid over the phone on Monday for a front axle with intentions of picking it up Friday mid morning.So you think they would have the part pulled by the time I arrived. Well they didn’t, not only did it take 3 hours, they pulled the rear axle instead of the front. After they told me it was ready the second time I had to go get my receipt in which they tried to charge me more sense it was a different part than what I originally ordered. I showed the email of the part I paid for earlier in the week that stated front axle.The whole inside staff needs training BAD! The outside guys “you know, the ones doing all the work” were very friendly. I’ll never buy anything from them again even if I have to drive 200 miles to get it.

At 4:42 p.m. I called, asked about parts for a certain vehicle and the female who answered placed me on hold.At 5:07 p.m., I was annoyed enough to hang up and call back and got the recording, "We are currently closed".How do you place a customer on hold and walk out of the building????? Rudeness and unprofessionalism has never before been on such display.I'm too scared to go inside and find out what you'd do to my face.

9/21’ First time Customer. Richard @ the parts desk was Extremely Helpful, returned My calls, located a trunk-lid for My 88 yr. young Mom’s 24 yr. old MAZDA. Great Experience. 2 hour drive to get the trunk-lid…was Well Worth the trip. We’ll be back . GOD Bless.

Best place to get parts. Has even older vehicles parts that others dont.

Be sure to check that whatever you’re buying is working. I drove there from over 2 hours away to buy an engine that I was told to be a guaranteed working unit. It looked good on the outside and even turned but once dropped off to my mechanic it was found to be rusted internally and full of water. Drove 2 hours there again to return it and I could tell they weren’t too excited to do the refund. Took his time inspecting it to make sure it was the same one lol. But I did get my full refund the next day.
