Although they did not have the item I was seeking, the store was nicely stocked and clerk was very helpful.

Return was easy and I got the right parts.

Merchandise available to get lost in. Not just basic auto parts but wonderful accessories that you didn't even know you wanted. The store is clean too, no greasy parts or puddles in sight. The employees are also very willing to help you out with all your needs and wants.

Prices were a bit High... But the employees were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable all in all I probably will go back there

The employees here are beyond nice. Most places look at us like we are aliens when we walk in after riding the motorcycle, wearing a big back pack. The lady behind the computers asked to help me take the back pack off. That was a first. The store was clean and well organized. The boyfriend bought an item that one employee told him was perfect for what he needed it for, turns out, it wasn't. It wasn't even for the project we had going, but that didn't deter us from going back. Figured maybe the guy had a bad day or something. We all have bad days occasionally.

Usually has the parts needed. No restroom available for public use. Employees are helpful and go out of their way to help you. Definitely recommend this Auto Zone in Franklinton.

I honestly thought that this was a good place to get your parts from apparently I was wrong because when I walked in and asked for a hydrometer to check my antifreeze with I was told I had to buy one that is not as how it's supposed to be they should have one ready for someone to use if asked for and to be able to help customers with it if they don't know how because that can result in a serious burn if you're not careful

The young woman who was behind the counter and pulling my parts was the most knowledgeable and professional manner as I have experienced in a very long time, especially in an auto parts store!!!! CSR #9, keep up the good work and you can only go up!!!! I was told at another AutoZone the parts I needed were dealer only... not only did CSR #9 show my husband different... she was going about it in a way as to not belittle her male counterparts in other areas!!!! You have a great employee here... take care of her, she really seems to have what it takes!!! Thank you!
