Do NOT do business with these snakes!!! I was stuck on a snow embankment, called my Roadside Service & they arranged for this company to come get me. It's 11:30 PM and this company's ETA was 2 hours. I called the company directly and asked why it would take so long to come and get me, & the person with whom I spoke with stated that he only had 1 tow truck, which was in Canton (an hour away). He stated that his 4 other trucks were broke and were in the process of being repaired. I should have called my Roadside back and have them find me another company, but it took them an hour to secure this place. After waiting 2 hours, I called this company back to see where they were, but this time, no one answered the phone. I then called my Roadside assistance to inform them of this company's tardiness and to see if they can locate where they were. My Roadside Service called them 4 times and no one answered!!! Because they refused to answer any calls, I had to wait for Roadside to dispatch a "reputable" company, who came to get me within 20 minutes. Do NOT do business with this "hood" establishment. They lack professionalism!!!! Work with them at your own risk!!! They are shady!!!

I have done business with this company sending them car leads and they refuse to pay thier invoice. It is unfortunate that I have choosen to do business with a dishonest unprofessional establishment. I dont know how people like this stay in business but hopefully you will be warned to do business with them as well. So many choices as to who to sell your car to. I would choose elsewhere.
