This is the best scrap yard in the area. No mud pits after rainfall, no random fork lift drivers cutting you off, and a great extensive imports section. Those complaining about walking too much: it's a junkyard. You're supposed to walk a lot, maybe they're expecting a shuttle service? Bell service? Why stop there why not ask for someone to pick out your parts for you? This place is great and surprisingly clean for what it is. Highly recommend

Very good Customer service and assistance. The nice lady at the check in counter steered me in the right direction.I found some really good tires today. The gentleman at the checkout counter let me "Have" them at a mind blowing price. Only myself and God know the magnitude of how much this blessed me. Best Birthday ever!!! Hallelujah

Pro: full concrete lot with the vehicles elevated, so its easier to pull stuff. They have a sink and soap to cleanup with. They're inventory along with several pictures of each vehicle are online.Cons: Very expensive compared to other self services yards around St. Louis (there are 5 other self service yards within 10 miles). You pay more for your part and they charge for a warranty which you can decline. Still, your going to pay way more here. Wire harnesses are ridiculously over priced and staples like A/C Compressor and alternators are about $10-20 more than other places.Another con for me is the closed toed shoe requirement. I tend to stick with flip-flops in the summer. This place has gone down hill since LKQ purchased it from the local owners. I'm a jeep enthusiast and DIY vehicle repair guy. I go to these places several times a month looking for parts for my jeeps, ford truck, chevy truck, etc.

It's $2.00 to get in the yard. It's all concrete which is nice an they have lots of vehicles. But it's all random an in no order. Trucks an SUVs in an area an cars in another. Kindof a headache to find certain cars without walking the whole place. I won't be back.

"Surprisingly " clean compared to other self serves I have been to.Front desk real helpful. Tell them year make model, and desired part(s) and they give you a list(mine had 6) of possible carswith Row# and Space#.$2.00 admission fee. Ingress/egress through office/cashier only.

Used to love this yard before they got bought out by lkq. Now that they automatically add on a 90 day warranty to any purchase, it's even more expensive. If you request it they will remove the warranty charge. Pretty shady business practices if you ask me. Plus, the insulting $2 entry charge is the highest in the area. oh, and the organization system sucks!! this is a huge yard, definitely getting a workout lugging tools around and walking several miles to search for things. Maybe ask the customers for some feedback before making a bunch of hare brained changes. Take a look at several of the other junkyards, everyone else organizes by make. Get the hint from my and several other reviews.

This WAS a good Salvage yard Then LKQ bought them out. They reorganized the lot now it is a mess and they made it smaller with the way they did it. The pickups used to be in the back but not no more that area is gatted off. They also add a warranty and charge you for it in less you ask them not to. They also put a core charge on things that don't need a core charge! And then charge for that. IF!! I go back I will be careful at check out and watch this thives!!

Good selection but they automatically add a 90 day warranty that you probably won't notice till you get home like I did. Good selection and well organized though.
