I’ve dealt with Modern many times in the past for specifically VW and Audi parts. They will always seem to take the time to look for the hard to find items that sometime are things that would get crushed and thrown away that are still quite expensive items.Most yards won’t take the time to take them off and sell them to you. Jason particularly went the extra mile at the end of a day to get pictures of an item to make sure it was correct and then I had it in one day!Thanks a lot guys!

None of the "pull your own parts" salvage yards in the St. Louis area had the headlight assembly I was looking for. But these guys did, and at a reasonable price. Both gentlemen that helped me were friendly and professional. I've used them for a number years and they've always been a good resource. I give them my business whenever I can, unfortunately I don't live close.

We spent yesterday chasing a clean wheel for one of our vehicles and your business showed one online. Jason quickly verified it was available and agreed to check the condition, which he promptly did. BOUGHT A SUSPENSION AIR COMPRESSOR FOR MY 06 BMW X5 … THEY HAD A GUY GRAB THE PART FROM THE YARD AND HE CUT ALL THE CONNECTORS. THIS MADE THE COMPRESSOR USELESS AND THIS WAS THE ONLY ONE I FOUND IN ST.LOUIS. THE EMPLOYEE GOT KINDA RUDE WHEN RETURNING THE PART AND THREW THE PART IN THE TRASH … HOWEVER MY MONEY WAS RETURNED BUT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR MY FIRST VISIT

No nonsense. I called, asked if they had the body panel I needed. They said they did, I said I would like to purchase it, they asked when I would like to pick it up, I said Tuesday, they said OK, I showed up Wednesday, picked it up. DONE ✔

First time with these guys an let me tell you EXCELLENT service.. They had my part pulled and waiting for me... Now i didn't go and grab it cause i got a radiator throught family... But what stood out to me with these guy they called me back befor closing still wanting to know if i was coming down and had it ready for me.. Hands up to the customer service and care these guys provide.

I see some good reviews, but I will explain mine I own a shop in Lincoln Nebraska and have for over 20 years this was my first purchase with them Ricky was the salesperson after receiving the transmission and installing it, it wouldn’t shift or display any gear select, after removing it again and speaking with Ricky he said a adjuster would call within an hour, 4 days later I called him back and he said oh wow okay I’ll just work on the refund and don’t worry about shipping it back it wasn’t worth it, so 7 days pass no refund call again talk to Ricky again he said they got a new credit card system and it would be there by Friday, again another week past no refund or call so I call him a third time Ricky now states his manager has been gone and he is back now and it would be issued that day it’s now over 6 weeks and I have no refund a customers car I had to eat the 500.00 I paid to Modern Imports for the faulty transmission turns out a pin had been corroded and broke off at the transmission module in the transmission so it needed a new moduleI spoke to Ricky on more than enough occasions and as a professional I would have expected more from a business, update so it isn’t unusual for miscommunication within a company to happen and this was a perfect example simple miscommunication so I’d like to apologize and also thank the team at Modern Import for there swift action into my matter, thank you again and very much so your staff handled this very professionally, I’ll be looking forward to future business, the issue was a pin on the module we purchased looked to have been corroded off and couldn’t be programmed one of the reasons we where replacing the transmission bad control module but again thank you kindly
