This place doesn't hold your hand and "guarantee highest satisfaction". You pay $2 entry fee. And you yourself grab what you need. Pretty straight forward. And they tell you exactly how much a part is when you ask. I see no problem.

Check out lady with a tattooed eye, she will list incorrect parts, that will cost more than the actual part that it is in order to charge more. Perfect example, I went in and got a core support. It had the head Lamp still on it. No big deal its a $20 part brand new in the box from anywhere $10. If you order it online and they said it would be $40 for that headlight assembly. And I tried to explain it's not a headlight assembly. It's a headlight bulb that being said I wound up removing the headlight bulb and bending the prongs, so they're not usable before leaving it on the counter for her

I went to the pick n pull in saint louis for the first time in almost a year And let me tell you I was not impressed! For one the staff was rude. The prices have near tripled. I got a motor mount and paid (what I would find out the next day) the same price I could have bought a brand new one at advance auto for. $24.00. Explain how this company can justify charging for their used parts that you have to take off the car yourself what AutoZone or advance auto charge for new parts still in the box

Do yourself a favor and go to other junkyards, way too expensive, prices close to brand new parts. People giving 5 or 4 stars to this place don't even know how to take apart a bicycle.

There are some good things about this place but the prices are completely out of control. They charge $90 for a fender and anywhere else charges $25. It don’t matter the condition of the fender, that will be $90 for a 22 year old part you still have to pull yourself in the yard. $37.99 + entry fee + tax for a side mirror and a new one on Amazon is $33 shipped to your door. I think they forgot that they run a junk yard and not an auto part store. I will take my tool bag somewhere else until they fix their prices.

I pulled and replaced an electronic master window switch for $7 and replaced a missing hubcap for $1, thanks to this place. Window went right up and now I don't have to worry about any rain getting in, and my hubcaps all match again. I'm so grateful! Recently my brother's truck broke down. Thankfully it was just down the street from this location. We were able to get an alternator and the bracket that holds it for under $70 and repair the vehicle on the side of the road.

over $60 for a window switch, temp sensor and a seat switch!!! I can buy new cheaper! They also charge $3 just to walk in! Im done with this place.
- MMichael Vendramin
I went in this place one day and was told that apart that I had in my bag wasn't my part even though I had the receipt I'll never go there again no good people twice as high on the price I'll go to 111 parts yard, they take great care with their customers! And their selection is way better!!!! And they're not BBB accredited in St Louis!!! Check it out people I wouldn't go there again ever!!

Sierra did a great job at helping and going above and beyond with her service. Great employees and great service.
- EEric Ray
They tried to sell a radiator from a 2000 Ford Ranger for $97. I can buy a brand new one online for the same price plus shipping. This place is a scam.
- nneil washburn
I will never use them again...so disrespectful and way over priced...paid almost 90 dollars for a dented fender for an 2008...come on now that's ridiculous...
- BBrian Toeniskoetter
Always meet great people in the yard, offered help, received help when asked. Great unspoked code. Good selection
- KKayla Overson
Overcharged 100 bucks for a rear peace of glass on a chevy window just buy new from Amazon these guys rip you off
- BBehzad Eghtesad
Another junky people and rules. 1. The show pictures of the cars updated on their website, i drive 40 min to this guys, almost all main parts has been removed from the car . I took a small 2$ part , she asked me cash! I said I do have just card! She didnot gave me

Prices are insane. You have to go there physically, pull a 50 pound wheel barrow around the yard, pull the parts yourself and then pay literal retail price. You might as well order the part on eBay for the same or less cost and have it hand delivered to your front door and use the money you saved for some pizza delivery. Have a party at home for less than you’d pay for 1 part here. Place is lame.

My son bought his first car on his own from them. They were so kind and caring. Very supportive of him! He was able to put in some elbow grease and have a terrific car

Now don’t get me wrong I think pick n pull is amazing but, I don’t think I’ll be selling another car to them again anytime soon. They have been extremely unprofessional about this, Last Saturday which was 1-13-24 and my car was supposed to be pick up then and with not curtesy call or anything I sat around all day up until I had to go to work with no call, just to call them and be told they have no driver or anything. Then got it rescheduled for Tuesday and thought okay cool no issues then same thing again got another phone call yet again and told sorry we aren’t picking your car up again. So called again went through the same process AGAIN. I had them then set it up as a grab n go got that all set up with no issues now that Thursday is here it’s been nothing but issues we had made my dads number the primary number, I’ve been called several times at school being asked if i was my dad. it is extremely frustrating how very little communication has gone on between people, I’ve never realized how hard it is for people to communicate simple things such as these minor changes. I hope that over time things get better, but until then I’ll be take my time n business else where.

I called to inquire about a part after calling a few auto parts stores and was told that the part that I was looking for I would be charged more for the part there then I would if I was just to go to my local auto parts store. I then called around to a couple other salvage yard and was told a price that was a $30 difference from Pick-n-Pull. Don't know what's going on with this place but it's trash anymore that is ridiculous to get charged more than local auto parts store and $30 more than what another salvage yard charges. I'm heading across the water from here on out for my salvage needs.. Pick-n-Pull y'all need to pull it together you've lost another customer..

Pick and Pull used to be a good place to get parts cheap at junkyard price rate, but not any more. A sensor costs $49.99 plus $3.00 core plus environmental fee 10%. While you can buy after market sensor at Autozone, Advanced auto parts for $50.00 brand new. The question I have for management is Pick and Pull no longer a junkyard and charges just like another auto parts store for a used part. I guess the good days are gone when you could get every part under $10.00 or $5. Management at Pick and pull should think anout the elevated price. This makes your parts not economical or affordable.
- HHannah Stith
They don't buy your car based on the value of the parts, just the value of the scrap metal. They don't do same-day pickup. Only 1 of the 3 people I spoke to on the phone was actually polite. However, they showed up on time to pick-up and all I had to do once they arrived was sign a paper and give them the title and they gave me the check for the agreed upon price.
- HHL Muench
It’s not very expensive to get in. But you can’t be certain you’re not wasting your time. I asked about the car and parts and had the row number ect. And if the parts I wanted were sold yet. Once paid, I found the car already stripped.
- NNature Lover
Excellent salvage place!! It was our first time going there. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly! They had a good selection of vehicles in what we needed. Such fair prices for the work you just did to get the parts off! I would highly recommend! We will be back if we should need parts ☺️
- WWendy Fitzpatrick
The prices at the counter is not the same as listed online. The radiator cost $85, when online a new radiator was cheaper. I used to recommend this place, no more with the bait and switch.
- DDon
Just okay if you want something in quick. $2 entrance fee! I found some parts are expensive, check online before you go there. You going to pay for parts + environment fee! Always get receipt and parts numbered by the cashier so if the parts don’t work or want to replace/ return will be required.

I needed a cap to cover my passenger side mirror. One car salvage yard only sold the entire fixture (at a decent price) but I just needed a cap for now. Went to Pick-n-Pull. I'm glad I had a few bucks on me, because it had been years since I have been there and forgot about the $1.00 entry fee. Alex (very nice young lady) pulled a list of about 5 cars for me to check out. I honestly wanted to leave and come back because it was 🔥 outside. But one of the choices was a blue cap and my car is blue. Despite given directions, a customer on the lot helped me find the blue car and used his screw driver (because I had no tools) to take it off. It matched my car perfectly!! Needless to say, I am one happy camper and $8.00 was a very reasonable price!! Also not sure why people say the employees are rude. I believe that what you put out into the universe you get back, so I went into Pick-n-Pull with a pleasant attitude and that is what I got back.
- BBrandy Holtsclaw
All the people there were so friendly and helpful. I was able to get 2 things for my daughter's car for under $70 that would of cost me more then $350 to have shipped to my house. I definitely will be going back again. Thank you to the people there that do what they do.
- JJason Dawdy
They are way overpriced or you happen to be the one to go out to the yard and take off what you need. Paid $85 for eight passenger side fender that and get it still need bodywork and paint. I will stay in the yard to clean And the employees were night, but the prices are ridiculous
- CCharlie Adams
Good place to find some auto parts at low prices vs buying new parts. BRING TOOLS, and be ready to work to find what you are looking for.
- EEmmet Pey
I tried to schedule my car to be picked up and sold to Pick-N-Pull. Twice now they did not show up and they did not notify me that they were not showing up. I've rescheduled my pick up again but the customer service for Pick-n-Pull is pretty terrible. If you can sell your car to someone else or use some other service I would recommend it.
- JJohn gladney
Admission price just went up to three dollars unfortunately the selection isn’t worth three dollars to see if they have the part that I want
