Kinda lack on the customer service priority. Was greeted, but then they took a call and ignored me for 10 minutes. Once call was over they did get my parts quickly.

This is a great place to order window replacements and any parts that you need the staff is very helpful and very friendly.

They always have the part's I need for my cars and trucks.

Mack’s Used Auto Parts on River Des Peres referred me to Liberty Auto Parts & Salvage on N. Spring. & they had my 22 y/o front blinker lens assembly. They held it a couple of days. I got lucky & found the building & got my part at a very fair price & great condition. It was nice seeing another lady picking up rescued auto parts as well! Her part was much bigger than mine.

I really would not recommend this place they are very rude and unprofessional. I called in today for a part the guy told me to hurry up and come and get it they will take my part off my car for me (which is there logo) he told me that I needed to get here in the next 30 minutes or I will not be able to get it. I came all the way to this location for the guy to tell me that the part was broken and that he no longer has the part for me proceeds to say if I had caller ID that he would’ve called me back ! Such a waste of time and money!

First time there Bought part but didn't need it so I returned it. The guy seemed to have attitude about the return even though it was only two hours later.. Charged me a$10 return fee. But they did have the part which is hard to find. Will not be going back there unless I have no other option.

Jeff and the crew down there are GREAT!! I work in the automotive industry and they always help me out. They are willing to go the distance when looking for what I need and they work with me on getting it to me in a timely manner. Great salvage yard!
