Let me first start by stating that Johnathan was amazing and a Godsend.My daughter broke down in Lamar, AR during her trip from North Carolina to Arizona. The engine in my daughter's 2003 Tundra blew up and she was stranded in Lamar. I called North Central Collision and spoke with Johnathan, I explained to him the situation that my daughter was stranded in Lamar which is 2 1/2 hours away from Timbo. Johnathan informed me that they did have an engine for her truck and that he would have it delivered to the shop in Lamar. As promised, Johnathan had the replacement engine delivered to the shop in Lamar at the time he committed in having it there. There is so much more that Johnathan did that made me feel like he really knows what customer service is all about (which unfortunately is rare in today's environment) but I'm limited in space. North Central Collision went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough!!! Johnathan is Da Man!
