Today I have an opportunity to right a positive review because I've gotten amazing service. I called OK Auto Parts #2 and had the pleasure of talking with Mark, he identified that they had the wheels I needed and indicated that they had tires on them that were in good shape. So, I ordered the wheels and tires, (which ordering tires on wheels is something I don't normally do). I must say for a business owner in the same line of work, that an employee like Mark is an asset with qualities that many of us rarely have the pleasure of employing. Lousy customer service, the employees yell at customer when I asked about the engine not having acceriores told me he would just refund my money I drove over an hour to get there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If the engine turns out to be bad I will not return it that is how bad I was treated.
