We recently bought a car from Ken Garff Nissan or orem that was used. Their motto or mission statement is “we hear you.” We were originally told that the car did not have an SD card but that they could get one and that they were cheep. When we purchased the car they told us that they didn’t have one and that they were $40 and will give us a gift card for 20 of that. Which we did not get.We also noted that the tires on the car were The original tires and although they had good tread - they were five years old and cracking inside the tread. As a part of the sale they would reimburse us for the price of either twoTires or the agreed-upon price of $300. Neither one was given to us as a part of the sale.We test drove the car twice during the daytime. After we bought it we found out one of the headlights had so much water condensation in it that it would not allow enough of the halogen light through the light lense assembly and the light lense itself. It ended up not passing the illumination test for safety inspection. We will have to replace the entire light lenses at a cost to us of over $300.Our initial sales person did a great job but as we got passed to another salesperson we had to repeat each of these concerns and non of them were addressed. They simply ignored us. The closing was very lengthy and unprofessional as it appeared nothing was in order and explanations were wrong and oversimplified. I have purchased several used cars and this was about the same experience that I have received at other dealerships. There is no difference here.We were only given one fob even after asking several times for a second one. This dealership does NOT listen Mr Garf. And if they are listening they are not acting or allowed to and that is just not good business. I like the car but have not been happy to have had to put over $1,000 into it just to get it up to pass safety standards which It was inspected and approved for resale. The documentation of this has been certified and what to do with it???! Be careful people. Used cars especially from a new dealer.
