MJ, Bee and Ron were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable to lead me to the right lot to look for the items I needed. Although I didn’t find all the parts that I needed but my first time experience here were very pleasant. Manager Joe were able to provide me with tools since I came empty handed. Went here today to try finding a wire harness and only found pieces of the harness and most of the connectors for the computer gone abs and tcm connectors cut off got the few pieces of the and they tried to charge me for 3 wire harness I can get a new harness for cheaper than they wanted for pieces rip off won't say what I am but they are going to get a visit from me again as a professional and they won't like it when I write them violations. As I thought tried calling the owner 2 times and dose not answer the phone they just say call them to make like they want to find out what happened . Just to make other readers of the reviews thank they are doing something about what's going on at this place.

Useful place, but it has degraded from when I started coming here. They set the cars on three wheels now instead of four. Somebody will get hurt bad because of this. It would be nice if they cared more about the customer instead of saving a dollar. They have increased prices a great deal in the last five years. They have also done nickle and dime increases first by adding a fee to credit card purchases, and most recently with the environmental fee. They no longer give customers a fair shot at a great deal. They pull powertrains and set them for sale at $1k+. By comparison an engine is in the $300s if you do the job yourself. They also pull wheel sets now and offer them for sale at a high price. The pull a part yards are getting greedy and also endangering their customers. The prices have increased so much you are now better off going to a standard junkyard.

I've had a pretty good experience here, not today, though. I had a part in a bucket with my tools that I already bought off eBay and forgot until I walked through the check-in. They did not see that I had already brought it in, I thought they checked your wheelbarrow throughly, but they just said I was good to go in. When I went to leave later, they immediately accused me of stealing the part and forced me to pay for MY OWN STUFF or leave it there. I was being very honest and respectful and even offered to show a reciept for the part I owned, but they wouldn't listen and coinued to force me to pay up for it or leave it in hostage with them. If y'all just offer an apology and a refund for my money back, I'd happily update this review to reflect the issue being resolved. And hopefully, I won't be coming back to this location.

Pull a part will PULL Apart your Wallet with the extra fees and ridiculous price increase. Some parts are cheaper if you go buy aftermarket parts. They give baseline answers to people complaining about the same issues Also; They pull out all the engine and wheel sets so they can charge you $1000 for it. LMAO

I found the exact car I was looking for and got all the parts for a very reasonable price. In order to shop here you just need to pay a two dollar entrance fee, if you have a membership then it is one dollar. They have a large selection of cars and they are all organized very well. Since it can get hot somedays they have areas where you can get water. If you are looking to buy replacement parts but unwilling to shell out a ton of money, then I recommend stopping by here.
