Came here this morning to get a side mirror for my aunt's 2011 Honda Pilot that she knocked off and called ahead to make sure they have it in stock which they did and when I went to check in some dude at the front desk said everything was down and it's cash only with no receipts. It's not that serious so I just left. You'd think these people would be a little more in tune with their own operations. Maybe offer a hand written receipt. I despise doing business with folks like this.

Very messy place to be. I almost tripped on parts laying everywhere in the yard. People are nice but no instructions were given on where the rows start or finish. No help on directions or being directed in the correct way. I was just greeted with a hello and given a ticket. I’m not impressed. I will continue to do business but looks like RTP needs to step up their game if they want to be as good as Gary conn

Absolutely terrible place to do business with. I ordered a transmission on a Tuesday before Labor Day and was told it would be in Friday. I called Thursday evening and was told that I could pick it up the following day as I had been previously been told. I paid a gentleman to pickup the transmission for me as my truck was without a transmission. When we arrived Friday morning I was told the truck and broken down and the part wouldn't be in. I asked where the truck was and we may would go pick it up. The clown working the front desk said for all he knew it could be broken down in a field somewhere. I asked if they didn't have any tracking on a truck traveling 9+ hrs or had communication with the driver. I asked about the guarantee on having the parts on time as promised as it ran on a large monitor behind the clueless jerk working the desk. He said that there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to a manager. The salesman that I bought the part from told me that they would deliver that part to my house the following Wednesday following the long weekend and would take $200 off. The part didn't arrive Wednesday so I called and was promised it would come Thursday. The transmission wouldn't come Thursday or Friday. Repeated calls I would be given the run around. Neither the salesman or the general manager would return my calls. After 10 days of being given the around I showed up with the authorities as I had paid for the transmission had been paid for in full. The salesman then informed the part and been " lost' and that they refunded my money the previous day after holding it for 2 weeks without at least a courtesy call. They don't stand behind their word or the guarantee they falsely display behind the counter. I would recommend you go anywhere but here. Horrible place to do business with
