Whatever you do, never let these people talk you into working on your vehicle. Since I live nearby, when my 28 year old truck with 186,000 miles needed a new fuel tank, I thought I would see if by chance they had a good used fuel tank assembly. They didn’t. They then told me they could do the whole job with new parts, including the tank, sending unit and pump for around $450 depending on fuel line work. That sounded much better than trying to do the job myself with arthritis in my hands now days. Since I did business with Ralph Sr. back in the day, I didn’t ask for a written estimate, I trusted them, BIG MISTAKE. I should have realized when I heard how rude Ralph Jr. was talking to a customer on the phone when I was in there. When I got the bill, it was $792. They didn’t even put new straps on it. I guess I didn’t specifically ask for them but who leaves 28 year old rusty straps on a new fuel tank. I paid the bill anyway. Fast forward two years, but only 3800 miles, the truck stalls and I have to get it towed. Come to find out the fuel pump failed BECAUSE THE ORIGINAL WAS STILL IN THERE. Cost me another $400 to have a reputable mechanic fix it. The whole thing was an obvious rip off from the start. How do you install the sending unit and not realize you are putting the old pump back in? I went back but they refused to make good on it. These are salvage yard demo derby guys, they might be good at tearing cars apart but they are not very good at putting them back together. By the way, if you’re going to have family members giving you 5 stars without writing any review, you should at least use a phony name.

Beware hidden charges and shady pricing. Recently purchased a wheel from here. Got a price quoted on the phone, drove 30 min to pick up wheel expecting to pay price + tax. Wound up getting charged price + tax + core charge + credit card fee. Total bill was over thirty percent higher than the expected cost. I'm not opposed to either fee, but my problem is the lack of openness. They'll suck you in with the cheap price and then hope you came from too far away to care about the undisclosed fees. And when you raise the issue, someone there (sitting at the counter blocking customers' access to said counter) will drop the F bomb on you. Unprofessional, even for a junkyard.

I HAVE WORKED IN THE SALVAGE INDUSTRY FOR 15 YRS+, AND HAVE BEEN USING RZR AUTO SALVAGE FOR A LONG TIME. RJ THE OWNER RUNS A TIGHT SHIP UP THERE. I HAVE PURCHASED NUMEROUS ENGINES, TRANSMISSIONS, AND OTHER MECHANICAL ITEMS FROM THEM, AND I NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE PRODUCTS AFTER INSTALL. FRIENDLY AND CURTIOUS STAFF. VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE IS OVER. THEY ARE ONE OF MY FAVORITE SALVAGE YARDS TO FREQUENT, IF THEY HAVE THE ITEM I NEED IN STOCK, THEY ARE MY FIRST CHOICE TO GO WITH. IN MY OPINION, THEY ARE ONE OF THE BEST SALVAGE YARDS IN WISCONSIN. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH THEIR PRODUCTS AND WHAT THAT PART WILL ALL FIT. I DON'T TYPICALLY GO OUT OF MY WAY TO LEAVE A POSITIVE REVIEW, BUT THESE GUYS DESERVE THE PAT ON THE BACK! THANKS AGAIN RZR!

The WORST company I have EVER dealt with. Trying to buy an engine through them on eBay has been a nightmare. Twice now they have given me the run around on the same exact engine, and I'm fed up. Never once through this ordeal have they tried to make the situation right. Trying to contact them is impossible as they ignore eBay messages for whole days at a time. I was giving them a second chance, but now I see they didn't even deserve the first chance I gave them. Save yourself the headache, and don't do business with them.

Adjusted from 1 star to 3, recieved engine finally today. Looks good, nice and clean, ordered off Ebay may 1st, recieved june 8th. The long wait for the engine to be pulled, and the may 8th shipping guarantee I can look past due to the pandemic...as long as it's a good running engine. And I'll update this rating again once the job is done and we see how it runs.

I will never buy any parts from RZR again!!, I called and confirmed they had the right axle assembly for a 2017 truck with the right gear ratio, I drove 2 1/2 hours to pick it up and it ended up being labeled wrong, so I ended up paying $1,144 in labor to install and take it back off, They were not willing to pay shipping to return the incorrect item or come pick it up, the guy told me he could meet me about an hour away from the salvage yard,we agreed on meeting at a gas station and we waited for over and hour, we finally got ahold of him and ended up meeting elsewhere that night, needles to say it was a waste of time and about $1,500. They are not willing to make it right!

Excellent service and awesome people. They had a replacement seat for my car in stock and installed it for a small amount extra. Definitely will be keeping these guys in mind for anything else in the future
