So rude, I called 3 times looking for a clutch for my excited son. I was told I wasted his time with my calls. He could of taken 50 more calls if I didn’t bother him. We own a small business and would never treat our customers that way. Please understand customers can go anywhere!

Will be back! Eddie was great to work with. We exchanged emails and a few calls for a part I was trying to find for a 2009 Polaris. First part was not a great fit and Eddie sent me another at NO additional cost. Part exchange was not Eddies fault. Not easy to find an honest salvage guy these days when ordering over the internet..Thanks Eddie!!

Bought what was supposed to be a new suspension part for my Polaris snowmobile. It was not, t was an old broke part that they welded together. I sent it back and was told I would get a credit when they received the part. No credit was issued, a week later on a Monday I made another phone call and they claimed they do all their billing and credits on the weekends and would issue the credit then. The following Monday still no credit (It has been a month now) so I called again and they said they will handle it that day. Tuesday I called again and this time they apologized and said it has been a slow winter with lack of snow and that is why I haven't got my credit because their business is down. So basically they are holding my money to operate their business since their business is slow. After further talks they said I would have to dispute the charge. So I had to get my money back by contacting my credit card company and disputing this charge. NEVER would I recommend this business to ANY ONE, what a joke they are!!

If your not open on Sunday till 1pm please have it changed to when you do close. Driving 45min here just to see your closed itsnt ideal for anyone.
