The vast majority of customers who come to Surf metal leave happy. Anyone who left a negative review had a choice to go somewhere else if they didn't like the price or service. Surf metal has been in business for over 60 years so I guess some people are happy with the service

Brought a load of 6061 extruded with my son. It was for his Scout Troop. We knew the weight but was underweighted according to the scaleman who quickly mixed it with other scrap. In addition to scamming us on weight we were paid approximately 20 to 30% of the going nationwide price. Terrible! Didn’t feel right other than under weight so when I got home I researched it to find that I blame myself for not educating myself first. Since this experience we have gone to P C Metals who are very fair and honest.

Terrible. Stay awa . By far the lowest prices around and almost guaranteed a flat tire because they refuse to magnet sweet their parking lo . A visit will end up costing you more after a new tire
