Murray is the best guy you can have, very nice and receptive.I forgot my gas cap after buying gas, I browsed the price online and was getting the range of $50-70. I called Murray and I went there, he gave me what I was looking for at $5 dollars, eventually I wasn’t with cash and wanted to pay with my card, he said I shouldn’t bother and practically he gave me for free.This Man is such a nice man, a nice place, if you have any parts you want to buy, just give him a call and go there, you will get it a far cheaper price from the market price.The man is a good Man, God bless him

Called to ask about a part. Owner picked up and said he'd call me back. Didn't call back, guess they don't want the business, or they simply don't care? Anyways, i went to pick a part and got the perfect part I needed, for only $30! My advice is go to pick a part, it'll save you lots of money and time. The owner of pick a part picked up and said he had the part and I could come anytime. Learn how to run a business, and show the customer you value them. I am very busy cannot wait on you. Very untrustworthy business, will not spend a dime here. I am glad I went to pick a part. They were great. You were terrible. Will go back to pick a part next time, won't bother with anyone else!

Parts go for amazing price. I got a set of sun visors for my 1995 chevrolet cavalier for just 22 CAD! An amazing price comparing to what delusional people over at ebay offer. 60 Cad for a set, plus 20 in shipping and whatever taxes on top of it all. That's insane! I also found a replacement vent to go on my dashboard and the owner was so kind as to let me take it for free. Grand jewel of it all was the transmission mount that literally CAN'T be found online! Not even a chevy dealer had it since the part's been discontinued. And I got it for just 34 bucks! The only downside was that the owner was quite slow when it came to helping me lift up a car I worked on. He ended up giving me one jack, HOURS after I've asked for it. My best advice for anybody who wants to give them a shot is to bring as many tools as possible. Like I said, you're pretty much on your own when it comes to acquiring the part you want to buy. All things considered, I found my experience there pretty excellent and would recommend them with no hesitation.

A very pleasant experience. The prices cannot be more reasonable. A solid variety to select from. A staff that is more than willing to help you out with any questions or issues that you may have.

Bought glass for my drivers side door.. the guy was very friendly and quick to help me out. He gets quite busy and it seems like it is a one-man operation so he may not answer when you call.. but go in person and he is the friendliest guy. 5 star service. Thanks!

Seems to be a one man show. The owner, Maury, is super helpful but can be very busy at times. Prices are reasonable as he has less overhead than the yards around him so please be patient when dealing with him. He has lots of older model vehicles. Even some early 90s/late 80s that neighbouring lots wouldn't have.

I want to start off first by saying what an amazing bunch of human beings that work at Westwood Auto!This morning when I got out of my appointment someone hit the back end of my car damaging the entire side driver side tail light. First thing you do is go into panic when you come back to your car and someone’s hit it, while parked -> without leaving a note or an apology... Instead I called auto places for this part right away “Westwood Auto” out of the many competitor business And Westwood made my day today💕😌💕I called and I spoke to Maury, he was very friendly, kind, and patient with me on the phone. He listened to my entire story & said he would call me back about the part. When, he called me back he said he could get it too me for half the competitor $$ and I could have it tomorrow! Unfortunately for me, I could not wait and asked if there was any-other-way-possible for me to have it today -> I’ll even drive there myself! So, He said he would call me back. When he did again, he said he checked with multiple-other-competition to help me out. He got a great deal for me for the part, half of what the other business said it would cost me... He went out of his way to ask a friend coming from that direction -> to get the part for me -> did and they had the part for me and he could get it to me TODAY within a few hours!!!!!! I have no other words of gratitude and thankfulness to say to this individual, and the his friends helping him - > helping me other then..THANK YOU SO MUCH MAURY AT WESTWOOD USED AUTO I HOPE YOU HAVE THE BEST XMAS & NEW YEAR 2019!!!! 🍾❤️🚘😌
