Outstanding customer service and work done to our Dodge Ram 3500 Truck. From the moment we walked into the door the service estimated Jeff H was friendly and attentive to our needs and concerns. He explained everything in detail and how long it would take to get the parts in. The work was completed a day earlier than promised. We were very happy with their workmanship. The insurance claim was handled effortlessly on our part. We have referred 2 others to them and they were just as pleased as we were!! Great job!

I was in a car accident March 10th, and did some calling around for body shop's. Nate is who I spoke with, and he was beyond nice and attentive over the phone. He said if i can get my car dropped off they can start looking at it, and ordering parts. Once my car was dropped off, he started getting estimates how long it would take for my parts to get in. He kept me up to date on how my car was doing, and if some parts were able to get in sooner or not. I also love that all the parts have lifetime warranty! Got the glorious call today that my car was ready for pick up, they were just waiting for insurance to kick in. My car looks brand new, and they washed it inside and out. Rapid collision exceeded my expectations, and im so glad that I called them!!!
