John Meyer helped me on my most recent purchase and the experience was truly great from start to finish. I saw the used Genesis online and I made an appointment to come see it. I originally wanted a G70 sedan but when I saw what this GV70 offered with its top of the line model, I was very impressed. I worked with Vinny who was very friendly, polite and was a no pressure salesman. We took it for a test drive and I was ready to trade in my C8. I was offered a fair price and came in on Friday to sign all the paperwork. Ryan, the finance guy was also great to work with and we purchased an extended warranty. Vinny followed up on a chip repair and paint touch up. Vinny is just so chill and great to work with. I'll be back to have the Zaktek reapplied in 6 months. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received at this dealership. 5 stars all the way from the reception desk to completing the purchase. Brent the GM, even followed up with a call to make sure everything went well and we were happy with the whole experience. ??
