They tested both batteries, explained the situation clearly, and replaced them under warranty with no issues at all. I had been having trouble with my car's Fob not working as well as it should. In the research I did, the first troubleshooting point was to change the battery. I went there and they changed it out for me for a reasonable price and did it right away while I was in the store. Definitely worked, and it helped just to change the battery. Wonderful prompt service. Highly recommend the place! Battery also comes with a 'warranty' in that I can go in for a replacement anytime.
