My family and I lived here for 2 years and honestly I can’t address how wonderful Ira and her sister are. They are wonderful at managing the property ensuring that the community is safe and up to standards. Aside from the school district not being one of our favorites, the stay here was very much comfortable and convenient. My favorite amenities within the community is the pool and the Security Guard!! Overall, I give this community a 9, comparing this to other trailer communities that I’ve lived in, in the past. As long as you follow your leasing rules and address any of your concerns with property management, you will have a comfortable stay as well. Thank you ladies for always assisting and taking care of our rental home for that short duration of time. We truly appreciate you both and surely will refer this community to future residents.

they will evict you if the owner that sold you the place by Third-party owner Don’t notice you or fix the things that they require the owner to fix to be able To be up to their standards to be able to live here but they won't have standards of taking care of the infestation of cats. They use any excuse to evict you at this point.

I love living here. I bought my home a little over 2 years ago. Staff is really friendly. It's a very safe place to live. Maintenance is always riding around as security too. They have rules but who doesn't? They're not difficult to follow. I love that it's a family park because I have grandchildren that visit me a lot.
