DO NOT recommend. They randomly shut off your utilities without any notice. I didn't think that was legal but they do it at least once a week. It's either the water or the electricity that will be off all day. It's very hard for people with special needs or that work remotely. It's extremely frustrating not having power all day especially when the temperature are in the 40s or 100s.

False advertisement. Only says these camper lots go for 300 a month. Lady says 750. Will not be taking my money to these clowns

Good overall experience. The manager Shiela is very helpful and is always looking out for her residents safety. I appreciated staying here. Pool was always being tended too, also the maintenance guy is always working hard and keeping up with landscaping. Thank you for a good 4 month stay!
