Really good experience. My car unexpectedly gave out to the point I could no longer fix it. Besides being faced with the reality I need to buy a new car I had not planned on, I had no idea what to do with my broken one! Enter the Junk Car Boys! Everyone I interacted with was kind and courteous. The entire business took only 24 hours. They offered a reasonable price for my car, came to pick it up at the mechanic and made the experience effortless. One less thing to stress about. Definitely going to keep these folks in mind if this ever happens again.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever had. I called on Thursday, and they gave me a quote for $200. Afterwards, I got a message saying they would give me $250 with a free tow. I accepted. Fast forward to Monday, I have three different messages over the weekend garunteeing and confirming a $250 price with a free tow. I scheduled a pickup on Monday at 11am, and 10 minutes AFTER the pickup time at 11:10am, they contacted me saying that they can only pay me $75 dollars because I wasn't taking it to them. Even though they specifically offered a free tow 3 seperate times. I was unhappy, but still accepted. A few minutes after accepting the $75 offer, they just cancelled, and I had to work out a deal with the tow company they put me in contact with just to get it gone because I had already taken a day off of work. I spent four days trying to sell a perfectly good vehicle for way under what it's worth, and they still tried to rob me over 60% of the agreed upon price that was already under 10% of what it's worth. Do not do any business with these people, they are not honest and they will try and rob you.

I have personally sold or helped people sell many junk cars. I'm very well versed in the experience and what to expect. I stopped calling for the best price and just stick with junk car boys. They keep their word, there's no games, and they give you the best price when it comes time to actually pay. I trust these people and recommend them highly.
